This is a reciprocal service... if you update us then you have access rights to SuperSearch.
When you reject a transaction or when you receive a fraudulent chargeback and tell us via GateKeeper, then this data is made available, anonymously, to all users of SuperSearch. This shared database contains fraud, or highly suspicious data, and hence may be shared whilst remaining compliant with your and our Data Protection obligations.
SuperSearch will provide high quality fraud alerts and is already helping retailers to detect many millions of pounds of attempted fraud. SuperSearch is the National CNP Fraud File. Increasingly it is becoming more international and includes data collected from all regions globally.
