Alerting Banks

When we detect suspected CNP fraud, often perpetrated by a fraudster using many cards or email addresses or delivery locations, we will alert the bank that issued the card in question so that they may take appropriate action... such as replacing the account. This information is extremely accurate and is available to all card issuers globally.

Protecting Consumers

When a card is used fraudulently, the retailer is often at risk and the issuing bank suffers administrative costs. The cardholder can find that they are seriously inconvenienced and often have difficulty in clearing their name. When frauds are detected, we will advise the respective bank who will act. We also offer a service so that retailers provide alerts directly to their customers. Any attempted frauds on a customer’s card or with a customer’s details will be advised to the customer.
