GateKeeper is a secure web-based service available to your fraud analysts, and also used by our fraud analysts. Any transactions that are REFERRED by the data screening process may be reviewed and a decision easily formed. GateKeeper provides the reasons behind our screening decisions, and details key rules that are satisfied for each and every order (e.g. multiple different delivery addresses associated with this billing address).
Furthermore, email addresses, billing and delivery addresses, card numbers, IP addresses and phone numbers may be securely searched to determine if any fraud patterns exist by linked transactions. All the data you need to make a decision is here.
Card numbers are referenced in many ways, including a look-up of bank and nationality.
Details on electoral roll matching and postcode address look-up is available here too, even providing details of the registered addressee.
IP registration information has recently been included. You can see where an IP address is registered, which is particularly useful to see which country the IP originates from.
