Our personnel have gained valuable knowledge and experience during our combined 40 years of experience in managing CNP fraud.

They are always happy to provide consultancy, advice, support and recommendation.

Our objective is to assist retailers to prevent CNP fraud. Our advice is impartial and is always provided from a merchant perspective. We will advise on what is best for retailers and this may or may not be the same advice given by banks and others.

In particular the new security initiatives championed, and being introduced by the banks will work well some of the time... we will help you to identify when these initiatives are not so strong and put in place processes to prevent any attempted fraud.

We do not believe that there are any anti-fraud services provided by banks or others which are 100% reliable. Loopholes exist and you need to know where they are to enable you to reduce costs and increase sales.
